MHS Outpatient Services is intensive clinical and life skills therapy that is intended to stabilize the mental and emotional health and behavior of adults and young adults who have an Axis I mental disorder. This service is ideal for individuals who are experiencing the following:

  • Inability to manage their behavior, emotions, and/ or medication regimen in their current living or therapeutic context

  • Unable to manage themselves in a less structured therapeutic environment, which has resulted in the need for a more intensive level of care and treatment.

  • Experiencing significant impairment and need mental health, behavioral intervention and stabilization to prevent psychiatric hospitalization, homelessness or possible legal involvement.

 
 

 
 

Who Are We?

Our team of professionals includes a psychiatrist, nurse, licensed social worker or professional counselor, social workers, and case managers. The team will conduct an individual assessment of the client’s needs and desires, develop an individualized service plan to identify and facilitate the needs, goals and desires of the client while in MCS care.
