Patient Resource Center

Through the Patient Resource Center, individuals will be able to access their secured personal health records and prescriptions immediately from their phone or home computer. Patients will be able to communicate with their physician, clinician, and other authorized care providers within the Resource Center to maintain near real-time updates of their health records and most recent documentation.
